Job summary

LeoForce seeks a seasoned Workers' Compensation Partner in Bedminster, NJ. You will manage a full caseload, prepare precise legal documents, and conduct depositions of claimants, medical personnel, and other parties.

Represent employers and carriers before the WC Appeals Board and stay current on relevant laws and regulations. You will lead negotiations and coordinate with claims adjusters, leveraging extensive defense experience to resolve complex matters while mentoring junior team members in

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 8+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Proven track record in depositions and trials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks.
• Proficient in legal research software and MS Office.
