Kotlar Cohen is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing practice in New Jersey. You will represent injured workers, manage case prep, and advocate for client rights with integrity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has NJ bar admission, a JD from an accredited school, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. We welcome motivated beginners and offer training and a collaborative, supportive environment with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
• 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train a highly motivated and detailoriented beginner.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Spanishspeaking skills are a significant plus.
