Qualifications

  • Draft pleadings, claim summaries, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Request, organize, and review medical records
  • Coordinate independent medical examinations and prepare summary correspondence
  • Monitor case activity, filing requirements, and critical deadlines
  • Submit documents electronically to courts and administrative agencies
  • Proofread filings for accuracy and compliance with applicable rules
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and outside parties
  • Identify potential issues and elevate them appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate, related degree, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete time-sensitive assignments
  • Sound judgment and a proactive approach to attorney support
Compensation and Benefits:

$72,000 - 105,000 per year, based on experience, education, and qualifications
