• Working knowledge of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission of Ohio procedures.
• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive assignments.
• Sound judgment with proactive attorney support.
