Job summary

Bader Law in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to manage high-level casework across non-litigation and litigation, coordinating with clients, attorneys, adjusters, and medical providers to move cases efficiently while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years WC experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in MS Office and ICMS, and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation case management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
  • Organize and maintain accurate case documentation in the legal case management system.
  • Obtain medical and work-status updates, appointment information, and other case-related documentation.
  • Draft and submit Workers’ Compensation Board forms through ICMS.
  • Prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case-related deadlines.
  • Support attorneys and legal staff in delivering high-quality client service.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to provide high-level case management across both non-litigation and litigation matters. This role works closely with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
  • Organize and maintain accurate case documentation in the legal case management system
  • Obtain medical and work-status updates, appointment information, and other case-related documentation
  • Draft and submit Workers’ Compensation Board forms through the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation Claims Management System (ICMS)
  • Prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery as needed
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, meetings, and conference calls
  • Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case-related deadlines
  • Support attorneys and legal staff in delivering high-quality client service
What We’re Looking For
