Job summary

Brickstech is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to support attorneys in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on managing claims, filings and deadlines in Ohio workers' compensation matters, with attention to detail and professional communication.

You will prepare pleadings, organize medical records, coordinate examinations and assist with hearings, depositions and trials. A paralegal certificate or related degree is preferred, with strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• Working knowledge of Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Industrial Commission procedures.
• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred.

• Excellent writing, proofreading, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attorney support with sound judgment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who understands Ohio workers' compensation procedures and can independently manage claims, filings and deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
