Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of defense experience, preferably handling California workers’ compensation matters, and is comfortable independently managing an active caseload.

Candidates should have:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Strong knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and the California Labor Code
• Experience with hearings, depositions, litigation, legal research, and writing
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and client communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to client confidentiality
