Your Mission:

• Lead with Expertise: Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings with unmatched skill and knowledge.
• Research & Strategize: Analyze complex legal issues, conduct thorough research, and develop effective strategies.
• Practice: Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You Are:

• Experience in Workers' Compensation Defense (Required)
• A Juris Doctor graduate with an active California State Bar membership.
• Proactive, client-focused, and adept at solving intricate legal challenges.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a keen understanding of technology.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Utilize your tech skills for research, communication, and digital tasks.
• Travel to various work locations and engage with clients.
• Occasionally perform physical tasks, such as moving boxes or files (up to 20 pounds), for office needs.
