Confidential Employer in Bloomington-Normal, IL is seeking an attorney to independently manage workers' compensation defense cases from investigation through resolution. Represent employers and insurers in hearings and depositions, develop litigation strategies, and draft pleadings and briefs.

This hybrid role offers meaningful cases, mentorship, and a supportive team environment. Applicants must hold an active Illinois Bar license and have 2+ years of workers' compensation litigation

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of workers' compensation litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and case preparation.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to attend in-person proceedings and meetings as needed.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
