Job summary

Kelly seeks a detail-oriented Workers Compensation Coordinator to support our medical enterprise by coordinating administrative aspects of workers’ compensation claims. You will complete RFAs, liaise with Claims Adjusters, and answer inquiries from patients and providers regarding care.

The role requires strong communication skills, meticulous organization, and proficiency with computers; Cerner EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare, insurance, or administrative support role (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Cerner EMR a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work full-time with minimal or no planned PTO during assignment period.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Workers Compensation Coordinator to support our medical enterprise in coordinating administrative aspects of workers compensation claims. This position involves completing Requests for Authorization (RFAs), communicating with Claims Adjusters via email and telephone, and addressing inquiries from patients and providers related to workers compensation care.

Key Responsibilities
