Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role serves as a key liaison between patients, employers, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers to ensure efficient management of workers' compensation cases from initial visit through claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including intake, documentation, and follow-up
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatment
• Communicate with employers, case managers, adjusters, and attorneys regarding patient status and care plans
