Job summary

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) seeks an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role. You will manage a diverse caseload and drive outcomes across Midwest jurisdictions.

Requirements: at least 1 year as a workers compensation adjuster; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

We provide equipment, IT support, ongoing training, and the trust to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Knowledge of and experience managing workers compensation claims across Midwest jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Are you an experienced workers compensation adjuster looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role without sacrificing challenging, meaningful claim work? At Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS), you'll manage a diverse caseload, partner directly with clients, and play a critical role in driving claim outcomes across multiple Midwest jurisdictions.We're seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who enjoys solving complex claim issues and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team of claims professionals.Previous workers compensation adjusting experience is required, including taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, handling subrogation, managing litigation, and driving claims to resolution.
