Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) offers a fully remote Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster role designed for experienced adjusters who want meaningful work from home. You will manage a diverse caseload, partner directly with clients, and influence claim outcomes across Midwest jurisdictions, with support from a collaborative team.

We seek professionals with experience in statements, wage benefits, forms, denials, subrogation, litigation, and end-to-end claim resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Experience handling workers compensation claims across Midwest jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation claims.

At Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS), you'll manage a diverse caseload, partner directly with clients, and play a critical role in driving claim outcomes across multiple Midwest jurisdictions.We're seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who enjoys solving complex claim issues and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team of claims professionals.Previous workers compensation adjusting experience is required, including taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, handling subrogation, managing litigation, and driving claims to resolution.
