Starting Bonus $3500.

The candidate must:

1. Have two or more years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury litigation.
2. Have excellent writing and English grammar skills.
3. Be capable of handling client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
4. Be self-motivated and resourceful in litigating high-value cases.
5. Be keenly interested in the well-being of vulnerable clients fighting an unjust system.
6. A bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus.
