Respected boutique workers’ compensation law firm is seeking an experienced workers' compensation attorney to lead our Civilian Team. The team currently includes two legal assistants, an intake assistant, and manages approximately 300 files.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, well-organized office environment while fostering close-knit relationships among our attorneys. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hardworking individual capable of collaborating effectively with staff and colleagues. Responsibilities:

  • Review client files and coordinate with legal assistants to advance cases
  • Analyze medical reports, evaluate injuries, and prepare cases for settlement
  • Represent clients at hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and hearing outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve cases

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted to the California State Bar
