Job summary

Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash Co., LPA in Westlake, OH seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will independently manage a caseload, deliver exceptional client service, and help grow the firm.

Requirements include at least five years of workers' compensation experience and admission to the Ohio bar. Prior representation of employers or public entities and a portable book of business are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers' compensation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and matters
• Portable business or referral network preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters independently.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent employers, public entities, or administrators before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio.

We are looking for a motivated attorney with a minimum of five years of workers' compensation experience who can independently manage a caseload, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers, public entities, third-party or administrators before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Attorneys with an existing book of business or established client relationships are strongly encouraged to apply.
