Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of New York.
• In-depth knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation laws and system.
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with team orientation.
• 2-5 years of expertise in workers' compensation defense, to join our growing insurance defense firm.
• Knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation laws and system, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
