Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the State of New York.
- In-depth knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation laws and system.
- Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with team orientation.
- 2-5 years of expertise in workers' compensation defense, to join our growing insurance defense firm.
- Knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation laws and system, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
