W3Global is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney in Sacramento to manage an applicant-side caseload with a dedicated WCAB-leaning team. You will represent injured workers throughout Northern California, develop case strategies, and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of California Workers' Compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
• Manage cases from assignment through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate claims.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding their cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review medical records and medical-legal reports.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Prepare for and handle hearings and trials.
• Work closely with case managers, legal assistants and other attorneys.
• Ensure timely communication with clients about case status.

We are a established Sacramento based law firm that has been representing injured workers and individuals for more than 30 years. We are looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team and represent injured workers throughout Northern California.

The Position

The Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage their own applicant-side caseload with the support of our Workers' Compensation team.

• Make sure clients receive timely communication and understand what is happening with their case
