Qualifications

Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced workers' compensation attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an attorney interested in being part of a trial-oriented firm devoted to strong client advocacy.

The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, starting at 100k+ and up depending on experience. This position is on-site in the firm’s office in Lexington, Louisville, Bowling Green or Paducah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience handling workers' compensation cases. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
