Ideal candidates have a J.D., Indiana license, 2+ years in workers’ compensation or related litigation, and the ability to manage high-volume matters with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, well-resourced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Indiana (or ability to waive in).
• 2+ years of workers’ compensation and/or relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims.
• Conduct case evaluations, client consultations, and strategy development.
• Manage litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to drive case outcomes.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
