The attorney will handle day-to-day cases, draft and file litigation documents, and guide clients through the process, including depositions and court appearances.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting litigation documents and preparing for hearings.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing of pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.
• Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
