Job summary

The Figueroa Firm, APC in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a bilingual attorney to join our growing plaintiff's practice full-time. You will advocate for injured workers before the WCAB, build client relationships in English and Spanish, and receive hands-on mentorship in workers' compensation law.

Applicants must hold an active California Bar license and be comfortable with a bilingual workload. Prior workers' comp experience is not required, and we offer a competitive salary of $110k-$140k with

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• No prior workers' compensation experience required.
• Strong client-focused, empathetic and organized.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Develop and manage client relationships — consultations and updates in English and Spanish.
• Depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents.
• Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support.

• Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials
• Develop and manage client relationships — conducting consultations and updates in English and Spanish
• Depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents
• Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support
