Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar in Idaho or relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in litigation and negotiation preferred.
• Excellent legal research skills with Westlaw.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions of physicians and medical providers.
• Attend hearings and court proceedings.
• Update the case management system.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw for case strategy.
• Litigate cases in court and present evidence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws.

Duties
