Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team serving clients in North Carolina and South Carolina. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience representing injured workers and can manage a case from filing to resolution.

We value strong communication, negotiation and litigation skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina & South Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team.
• Personal Injury experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join our Workers' Compensation team and contribute to client advocacy.
• Manage a caseload from start to finish with oversight from the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the firm.
• Collaborate with colleagues while pursuing professional development and growth.

The client is a well-established plaintiff's law firm with offices throughout North Carolina & South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience representing injured workers in North & South Carolina Workers' Compensation claims, be comfortable managing a caseload from start to finish, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with clients. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to grow with our firm.
