Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a dedicated attorney to handle Workers' Compensation matters in North and South Carolina. A JD and active NC/SC bar are required, with a minimum of two years’ WC experience.

You will manage a caseload from start to finish while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and eager to grow with our firm. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Minimum of two years handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team.
• Personal Injury experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience representing injured workers in NC/SC WC claims and managing caseloads start-to-finish.
• Motivated, organized and eager to grow with the firm.

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina & South Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.

• Personal Injury experience is a plus but not required.
• At least two years of experience representing injured workers in North & South Carolina Workers' Compensation claims, be comfortable managing a caseload from start to finish, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with clients.
