About the Role

The Workers' Compensation Attorney will manage the defense of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include all phases of litigation, discovery, case strategy, negotiations, and client communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while effectively managing a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation defense matters from initial assignment through final resolution
