We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing legal team handling claims across Georgia and South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations
• Provide legal counsel regarding rights, benefits and case strategy
• Draft and file pleadings, motions and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers and medical providers
• Review medical records and collaborate with experts as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in Georgia or South Carolina (dual licensure strongly preferred)
• Litigation experience required
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
