The role requires active Missouri Bar licensure and eligibility for Illinois licensure, with a high-volume workload and focus on accurate, timely document preparation. The attorney will communicate with clients, negotiate with insurers, and supervise support staff while handling hearings, depositions, and settlements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license.
• Eligibility to obtain an Illinois Bar license.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and claim status.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Draft case materials, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared by you and your team.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff.
