Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Program Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to safety professionals and to develop customized program reporting. The role involves communicating with insurance carriers and supporting return‑to‑work program enhancements on a 3‑month contract‑to‑hire basis, onsite in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience supporting a workers’ compensation program or related function.
Working knowledge of incident reporting and claim lifecycle.
Ability to coordinate with HR, Safety, Operations and insurance partners.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the workers’ compensation program.
Assist in coordinating the workers’ compensation claims program.
Ensure local teams report claims in a timely manner and maintain documentation.
Guide and support local teams with information needed to monitor ongoing claims.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop, prepare, and distribute workers’ compensation reports as directed.
