Qualifications

• 3+ years’ paralegal experience in a law firm or other legal setting.
• Strong working knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on the Workers’ Compensation team in Cleveland.
• Draft claim summary correspondence for IMEs.
• File documents with the courts electronically.
• Prepare claims for administrative hearings.
• Drafts documents and filings.
• Request and review medical records.
• Assist in deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with Ohio BWC and Industrial Commission rules.
