Applicants should have at least one year of legal experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a paralegal background or JD progress. The role features a two-week on-site onboarding in Las Vegas and a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values integrity and client focus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or related field, or actively enrolled in JD program.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles, research techniques, terminology, and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with databases/online platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process litigation issues per Firm policies and procedures.
• Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily and documents are properly filed.
• Draft required legal documents and seek attorney approval.
• Gather evidence to support legal arguments and review pending issues in litigation.
• Meet with the attorney regularly to discuss litigation goals and timelines.
• Maintain litigation calendar and ensure timely filing of pleadings and documents.
• Assist client with discovery issues and coordinate with the attorney on case strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
