Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of workers’ compensation claims experience or related claims experience.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles, research techniques, terminology, and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and use databases/web platforms.
• Attention to detail, diligence, and flexibility; able to manage conflicting time demands.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned claims per Firm policies and procedures.
• Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily and all tasks are completed on time.
• Document all activity in CMS accurately and clearly.
• Maintain daily email clearance.
• Perform monthly MCC duties and act as primary client contact on claims and litigation issues.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, third-party admins, medical providers, and other parties as directed.
