Forthright CM is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Nurse Case Manager to join the Southern California region. This field-based position coordinates care for injured workers, communicates with patients and providers, and supports return-to-work outcomes.

You will travel to appointments and job sites as needed, enjoying a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement. A California RN license, driving, and reliable transportation are required to deliver quality care in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.

• Experience in workers’ compensation or case management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Rate: $45-52/hour + mileage reimbursement (productive/task time)

Location: Northern California Region (field-based)

Job Type: Per Diem / As Needed
