Candidates should possess active bar membership in California and a minimum of three years defending claims for employers or carriers. Qualifications

• Must defend workers' compensation claims for employers or carriers.
• Demonstrated ability to bill north of 180 hours per month consistently.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied docket of workers’ compensation files.
• Conduct depositions and appear at mandatory settlement conferences.
• Negotiate resolutions and draft settlement agreements.
