The ideal candidate should be CA Barred with at least 3 years of defense experience and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $175,000 annually along with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of workers’ compensation defense experience.
• Comfortable managing files with minimal supervision and making strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full workers’ compensation defense caseload.
• Provide counsel to employers and carriers on claim exposure and resolution.
• Draft opinions, motions, and settlement documents clearly.
• Appear before WCAB judges throughout California.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
