You'll handle cases, communicate with clients, and develop strategies for efficient case resolution. A valid CA Bar License is required, and while 2-7 years of experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. The role offers a competitive salary range of $107,500 - $185,000, along with benefits including health insurance and extensive in-house training.
Qualifications
2-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity.
Communicate with clients.
Develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases.
Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens.
Draft pleadings and reports.
Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
