Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload of workers’ compensation claims.
• Make decisions about compensability, set reserves and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate, when necessary, light duty accommodation with Human Resources.
• Determine Medicare beneficiary status and assign Medicare Set-Aside when needed.
• Interact with claimants, clients, attorneys, and third parties throughout the claims process.
• Prepare reports and analytical data for management.
