The ideal candidate has 2+ years of claims experience and licensure in relevant states. The position offers hybrid/remote work arrangements, with potential office presence depending on location, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing in TX or FL or a non-resident state preferred.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: Non-resident states.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
