Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Workers' Compensation Claims Representative to analyze Lost-Time claims for our valued clients. You will adjudicate complex claims, determine benefits, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining strong client communication.

The role supports hybrid work options with a Dublin, OH base and opportunities for remote work if outside commutable distance. Indiana-focused jurisdiction knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Primarily Indiana jurisdiction; some OH.
• Indiana licensing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate Lost-Time claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions.
