Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Adjuster - Workers Compensation to analyze and adjudicate workers' compensation claims for clients across multiple jurisdictions. This remote role offers flexibility and a pathway for professional growth within a global leader in risk and claims administration.

You will evaluate benefits due, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants and clients while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred, Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Licensing: FL required and jurisdiction knowledge FL/AZ/TN.
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due, while ensuring adjudication within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
