Shook & Stone CHTD is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager in Nevada. You will manage a caseload from medical treatment through litigation and settlement, coordinating with clients, attorneys, and adjusters to secure favorable outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills, with preferred experience in a law firm and optional bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims through all stages.
• Maintain communication with clients and insurance adjusters for timely benefits.
• Review determination letters and decide on court action.
• Determine need for additional medical benefits based on status.
• Provide compassionate support throughout the claims process.
• Gather medical evidence to strengthen cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case strategies.
• Prepare clients for evaluations including disability assessments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and case developments.
• Ensure timely reimbursement requests and statutory compliance.
• Audit responses to formal requests and identify court action needs.
