Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience, including lost‑time claims.
• Active adjuster license(s), as required by jurisdiction, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Workers' Compensation statutes, claim handling practices, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of incident-only, medical-only, and lost-time WC claims across jurisdictions.
• Conduct timely investigations to determine compensability and exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and per guidelines.
• Promote timely return-to-work and manage medical treatment.
• Collaborate with Store Management, HR, and vendors for RTW.
• Coordinate with PBM and nurse triage to ensure appropriate care.
• Identify fraud indicators and escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in communications.
