Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a qualified WC Case Manager to join our team in Sacramento. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting the legal team, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with case management, and a commitment to protecting consumer rights across the firm’s practice areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and the WCAB.
• Gather relevant documentation including reports and records.
• Monitor medical treatment progress.
• Track case deadlines, hearings, and status updates using case management software.
• Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of case progress and explaining procedures and timelines.
