Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a qualified WC Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, support the legal team, and ensure timely handling of workers' compensation matters.

This role requires a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent writing and communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and the WCAB.
Gather relevant documentation including reports and records.
Monitor medical treatment progress.
Track case deadlines, hearings, and status updates using case management software.
Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of case progress and explaining procedures and timelines.
