Qualifications

• Healthcare billing/collections experience (1–2+ years) required or preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation billing is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and basic office applications (MS Office) required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate workers' compensation claim payments using EnableComp's software and PPO contracts.
• Research and acquire medical records, invoices, and documentation; submit with hospital claims.
• Follow up with payers to ensure prompt reimbursement with supporting docs.
• Prepare correct initial bill packets or appeal letters for workers' comp submissions.
• Other duties as required.
