Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years client facing/customer service experience.
• 1+ year experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred.
• Understanding of payer/provider claims processing and data requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate workers' compensation claim payments using EnableComp's software and tools.
• Research and obtain medical records, invoices, and supporting documentation; submit with hospital claims.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with payers to ensure prompt reimbursement.
• Prepare correct initial bill packets or appeal letters and submit with required documentation.
• Perform other duties as required.
