Qualifications

• Experience defending workers' compensation or general liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases through all phases on behalf of employers and insurers.
• Manage individual caseload efficiently.
• Draft pleadings and conduct necessary legal research.
• Negotiate settlements effectively.
• Attend hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
