The attorney will manage the defense of Workers’ Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation, working closely with insurers, employers and third-party administrators.

The position offers a competitive base salary with quarterly bonuses, mostly remote work with travel for appearances, hearings and meetings,

We are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work environment is hybrid with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
