Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury litigation preferred.
• Local to the Columbia/Midlands area with established community ties preferred.
• Smart, charismatic, and kind; clients trust you to have their best interests.
• Willing to work hard and build a growing practice, not just fill a seat.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage workers' compensation cases from intake through settlement, hearing, or appeal.
• Represent injured workers across South Carolina from the Columbia office.
• Develop and originate your own caseload in addition to firm-assigned matters.
• Build relationships with clients, medical providers, and referral sources.
