OPTI STAFFING GROUP is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Professional in Anchorage, AK with hybrid/remote flexibility. You will manage the full claims lifecycle, investigate compensability, and coordinate with physicians, employers, employees, carriers, and other involved parties, ensuring compliant documentation and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Background in claims handling, claims management, or insurance.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes and employee benefits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with Alaska workers’ compensation regulations preferred.
• Previous claims-related experience highly preferred.
